MLAA call flow

I have a site with MLAA configured as follows;

DDI Root xxxx speedcall to 7000 VM huntgroup

Main node mailbox 7 - Menu Node
MLAA Menu Options

0 operator extension = 2620 transfer only mailbox

1 trfr only 1 = DN transfer only - Extension
2 information 2 = DN transfer only - Information MB
3 trfr only 3 = DN transfer only - Information MB
4 information 4 = DN transfer only - Extension
5 information 5 = DN transfer only - Extension
9 Directory listing

the call flow works correctly other than once the options are played and no selection is made the system disconnects the call, I understand the default is to repeat the MLAA options 3 times but where is this defined?

The help file states;

(Optional) Change the Menu Node Time Out behavior for each menu Node mailbox.
By default, callers are transferred to the operator on time out.

However I don't know where these configurable options are located, any advice?





 
I believe you need to use the phone to go in through the administrator's mailbox to change the "Disconnect on Menu Node Time Out" to disabled. There is no setting in ESM to make this change that I could find.
