MLAA always Diverting to Voicemail

Hi there Guy's,

I need some help with MLAA...

I have a MLAA set-up, Dial 0 through to 8 all have extns set-up for callers to be put through to. My issue is that on options 0 and 1, I need calls to go through to the extn's but not go to Voicemail at all, the problem being when Callers ring in on the Bri Trunks the calls get stopped after 6 or 7 rings by the Auto Attendant say no one is available. When the MLAA is rung internally the Calls ring and ring and don't get interupted by the Auto Attedant.

Is this an issue on my Basic Rate COS?

Couple of options

Disable or maximize your transfer recall timer

Don't use MLAA but instead use ACD with RADs and Dial out of queue.

One of these days I'll right a FAQ on setting up ACD this way but not today.
