We have a Mitel MXe w/ MCD 4.0 SP1 using embedded voicemail.
We have a simple Multi-Level-Auto-Attendant with a Menu Voicemail account that gives option of pressing 1 for English and 2 for Spanish. 1 and 2 are both ficticious numbers that are multicall buttons assigned to a couple of phones that also have voicemail accounts. Lets assume 1 goes to extension 7001 and 2 goes to 7002 and the menu node extension is 1205. The issue is that other employees want to forward voicemails to 1205 but often forget they need to forward the voicemail to 7001 or 7002.
I am wondering if there is anything I can implement/change to allow people to transfer the voicemails to 1205?
