Hi, i have a site that cannot dial external from MLA, option 1 and 2 are mailboxes with the extensions that are sys speedcalls to external numbers, this used to work they are not barred in vm options or cor or cos, i have changed to internal numbers and they work ok. any help much appreciated.

MLA unable to dial external numbers

Set a phone to the same cos and cor as a vm port and try to transfer an external call to the speedcall. This should reveal the issue
