ML570 Cache Error

Have a Compaq ML570 with 8 CPU's getting errors in the event viewer log only the following error. "A cache accerator parity error indicates a cache module needs to be replaced" Have replaced the cache modules and still have the error. Broke the server down to basic 1 CPU and still have the error. System is operational, but customer is concerned. Compaq support has thumb up ass and plans to send parts to shotgun system. Any suggestions welcome???
