ML370 win pe network problem

Hello,
I have a HP ML370 server and i want to use win pe cd in order to boot and connect to a shared folder. The drivers i have used for the nic ( included in smart start cd ) does not work. I also have upgrade the rom. Is there anyone who knows what kind of drivers i should use for the win pe cd?
