I have an ML350 that has this "F1: Boot" message come up. It will not boot until you press F1. I see in the BIOS a reference to F1, but it is not clear. How do I get this server to boot without having to press F1?
If you get an F1 prompt on bootup, it normally indicates that something is wrong with the server or installed components. During the POST sequence you should see a message showing what the failed part is. What components have you in the server?
