ML 350 G4 issue

I have several ML 350G4's running Netware 6.0sp5 and when I attempt to down, restart, or reset the server it gets to the point of having dismounted the volumes and than just hangs and I eventually have to manually power down the server. Has anyone seen this and know of a fix? I have the latest Rompaq and PSP loaded on the servers.
