ML 310 Powering Off Problem

I have an HP ML 310 Server, the problem with the server is that it turns itself off for no apparent reason, I check the event logs to see if an app was doing it but found nothing, the time it takes to turn off varies between 5 mins and 2 hours, I suspect a power supply failure but I don't want to change it w/o finding other potential problems first.

The Model is 289917-002
