ML 07 probleme with AIX and oracle 9.2.0.7

i have installed the last ML for AIX 5.2 ML7 and the last patch for ORACLE 9.2.0.7 and my system swap all time
with topas commande i have 100 % of memory use and 20 % for swap use
but befor installing patch i use 80% of memory and 1% of swap
