mksysb restore and RAN on AIX 4.1.4

hi
i have AIX 4.1.4 on a small box.....
It has a RAN attached it.... three days ago
i have to restore mksysb onto it due to disk problem

now my RAN is not working... it is not showing AC

Can anybody help me on this old AIX version
