Mksysb keeps hanging?

I have a Production server and a DR server.

I want to clone the Prod server to the DR one. Hardware is close enough I think. Prod is aix 5.1 DR cam pre installed with 5.2

Using wsm I follow the restore wizard reboot, rmt0 tape starts flashing and then I get a white screen, 1 min later screen goes black with flashing green prompt in top left corner, but no more, light on tape drive also stops. I have left it like this for 20 mins with no activity.

Next I tried using sms, but I only get the choice to 1)change keyboard, 2)change language and 3)continue to password entry.

Can someone please tell me how to restore from the mksysb.
