mksysb backup

Hi ,
Yep no problems starting mksysb while users are logged on however there are some things to consider :
1) The mksysb may slow users down a bit.
2) The backup should not be done while there are system
configuration changes as these will not necessarily be
picked up by the backup.

Shoux,
Working in the Recovery Business I would recommend you perform a mksysb with as few users and jobs running as possible.. This will ensure for a successfull backup of your rootvg.. Dont forget the -i flag
