mkdir failure

Hi,
When I try to mkfir I get this error message:
mkdir ske
mkdir: cannot create ske: Too many links
What could be a problem ?

Tanechka,
Make sure there are no links by the same name in the directory where you are trying to create the link

This error can be generated by having too many subdirectories, but the default limit is something like 32767.
