MiXML service

I have taken over a site that was not originally installed by me and I have the IT admin asking me a few obscure questions.

He located A service on one of the servers Called Mitel Networks XML Service that is running under a domain account.

I know they have an Ent manager/Ops manager server as well as an older YA 5.0 server.

Does anyone recognize this service and if so can it be ran under a lower privledge level than domain admin?

Also have contact center enterprise edition running as well

YA, 6100 & entman all use the Mixml service directly to the 3300 for pushing/pulling data. I can't see any reason why this should not run under a services account. Domain admin is a bit too high a level for this service.
