Mixed Ringback tone with dial tone in DBC4222 MxOne-Reg

Dear All,

I am facing an issue with the MxOne TSE 4.1 sp6 system as the extensions are some times getting dial tone in between the normal ring-back tone.

The scenario is , A calling to B , while A is getting ringback mixed with dial tone.( in between 4/5/6/N no of ringbacks there was an dial tone found).

How it can be traced?
