My company has a mandate that we aren't to use NetWare anymore. It seems that a Microsft rep told them NT is better, and they bought it. In any case We have a semi-large NW5 NDS installation. We have a new site coming up that needs to share data with an existing NW5 server. I was thinking eDirectory on a Win2k box to try to skirt the issue. The question is this, can you have users map drives to a server running eDirectory just as they do for a NW5 login? Get what I am saying? They will still need to map to a Groups dir on the NW5 box but I want to say put their user dirs on the NT box. The purpose is to avoid a mixed structure and make administration easier.
