How do I set the number of rings of an internal call before it goes to voicemail?
When I try to call my phone from another office, it rings 8 times.
For my CEO it rings 10 times.
Is there anyway to shorten this length of time?
I just tried calling my direct line and it only takes 4 rings to get to voicemail.
I'd prefer if internally it would only take 4 rings as well.

I figured out you need to change this per user. You need to create the user if they don't exist already, associate the extension to that user, make sure Dynamic Extension Express is set to Yes, and under their Dynamic Extension Express folder make sure ring duration is set to a more appropriate amount of time for the rings you'd like.
