All,

I haven't programmed one of these in over 2 years but it's been coming along until I realized a mistake. This system has over 242 extensions. Well, I used the import form to create the extensions, COS, COR etc... but forgot to add voice mail to each extension. I don't want to go through every extension to click add VM. Is there a way to delete all extensions in the Users & Devices form? I tried importing a blank form but that didn't work.

You could create and import directly from the VM Mailboxes form.

If you did want to delete mass extensions then you would use the Multiline IP Sets form to delete a range.
It's limited to just choosing how maby records you want to delete but if this is fresh install it shouldn't be a problem.

Use the programming wizard and just put VM boxes in it and upload?
