Mivoice Call Recording - Recorded calls not showing on the Navigator

Hi All

I'm Just re-lunching Mivoice call recording (with MIVB + MBG) for one customer). Ports are green. SRC certificate with MBG (direct Mode) working and approved. Phone register with MBG IP address.

During the calls ports are showing recoding the call.
PVD files are placed in recording folders.

But no calls show on the navigator.

Any thoughts on where to fix this?
 
check the permissions for the user that you are logged in as , or create an admin user that has all calls permissions

I had this happen a few years ago at a site. It was a SQL issue and I had to get support involved to resolve it. Unfortunately, I don't have any of my notes as to what they did to resolve it... I think they dropped the database and reattached it or restored it.
 
I would suggest you work to replace the MiVCR as it is already a "dead" product (no longer supported).
