MiVoice Business>Changing System Ports

How do you change the port number, port type, baud rate and parity in the MiVoice Business? I go to the form, click change and the only option I'm being allowed to change is the Port Name.

what port are you referring to ?

sounds like a serial connection , don't think they can be changed

I'd like to get wake up call data sent to the call accounting printer. I currently have an iPocket set to Port 1752 for SMDR data. That iPocket is connected to a serial printer which the SMDR data prints to.
