Hi

I’ve done an install on a MIVBE but I have not used the intergrated configuration wizard. (Bascily a manual installation) When I login to the server it keeps trying to run the ICW. Is there a way to disable this?

I spoke to Mitel and they advised that you should be going to either FQDN/Portal or FQDN/server-manager as opposed to the FQDN as will always default to the FQDN/icw

Yup, exactly what I was going to offer. With Express you must use server-manager

the redirection to icw dissapears once it has been completed

there is a method( not disclosed to me) by which they can disable it

once its completed or disabled the access to the fqdn will change to portal automatically as per a normal micollab

i have a dcr in to get rid of the wizard as i think its not a help but a time waster

on our mitel cloud sites we deprogram anything assigned by it and start again

db appmenu setprop ForceRedirect Url /portal/ and then expand-template /home/e-smith/files/ibays/Primary/html/index.html should change it to redirect to the portal page

still redirects to icw

just noticed the ICW includes A call recorder hunt group , is that now supported
I thought that additional nupoint software wasn't allowed on express so nupoint call recorder isnt possible
and there is no embedded voicemail ??

Billz66, I had that initially but think it was the browser cache, tried it from another and it works.

Yes cache can be an issue and you might have to do this again after an upgrade
