MiVoice business Console

Hello guys I am having issue with my mitel business Console installation

Mitel Server Release level : 8.0 SP3 PR3
MiVoice business Console version 8.0.3.10

Some how it got stack up with this window I try reinstalling but the issue still the same.

The server IP is pingable from this PC.


The client are upgrading all their PC. And the operator PC. Before removing the operator PC I need to install new console to the new PC. Unfortunately I got stack up with this.

I need your advise how can I fix this
I am really new with Mitel

Any help and ideas is very much appreciated

Run MiVBC Configuration Wizard 'As Administrator' and see if it helps.

Done that the result is the same

Do I need to put the new PC Mac address to the attendant configuration?

No. The wizard should replace it if the communications with the MiVB is working and if the replacement code is correct and when you ticked the box 'USE PC MAC'

That I thought it should be automatic

How can I fix or how can I trace the why it won't establish the connection

I am stacked here for 2 days now

I off the PC firewall
Still won't stablish the connection

I don't what else I need to do to fix this issue
