Hi, Hope someone can help.
I have a new installation MiVoice 7.1 PR2 with MiVoice Business Console V 7.0.1.
The incoming trunk (ISDN Pri) calls enter via Multi Level Auto Attendant and select option 1, programmed to call a DN as a soft key on the console. First call no problem audible signal and flashing soft key, reception answers call, while on call second call arrives indicates on key but no audible signal, this is a major problem that the customer requires a fix for.
Any ideas?
 
Its the wrong version of console. You need to install 7.1.0.26.
