MiVoice Business Console with 2 users

I am running MCD 13.1.0.38. Is a second user on the same computer supported with the business console? I log in as a user and all is ok. When I shut down the console, then switch to another user on the computer, the console boots up, but is greyed out. Is there something I am missing? Or is this not supported?

Any suggestions?

Was it installed under an administrator account or a user account?

Just guessing this might be the issue.

The config wizard needs to be run for each user of the pc
the manually configured items also have to be duplicated for each user ( adf locations etc)

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
