MiVoice Business Console over VPN

Hi all

First time posting here.

I am looking into the possibility of staff being able to use the MiVoice Business Console (v 9.1.1.20) over our VPN (Fortinet SSL VPN). I have installed the client and used a VPN account that has full access (no restrictions), yet the config. wizard fails to connect to the MiVB.

Has anyone else had any experience or success with this?

Release level: 9.1 PR1
Active software load: 9.1.0.94
Inactive software load: 9.1.0.94
Platform: MXe-III
1024MB of RAM

This is not a good idea, you need a MBG.
