Do you know if the MiVoice Business Console will work over a VPN connection for a home office user?
Customer requires all staff to work from home and want the operator to continue as normal albeit from home.
I've just been told by our service provider that it wont work, though at present we have two users set up with the app on their desktops and at times both parties can be heard over Forti Client VPN and other times they cant.
We did try using our default VPN provider app (WatchGuard) but that results in the same experience.
I'll update any further relevant info from the provider once they get back to me within the next 8hrs.
