A hotel customer of mine reports that the 911 emergency notification has stopped working. When someone dials 911, the 5540 console no longer alarms. I've checked the console's COS and confirmed that the emergency options are enabled. I've also got my ARS routes set for Emergency. What could have caused the console to stop alarming?
