Calls to the MTN are pointed to the auto attendant
I've pointed 3 DID's to internal extensions (SMARTDDI(DID) Number with a matching internal number)
Calls to each of those DID's ring and are answered by the AA greeting.

I changed the config of each DID. Instead of pointing them to internal numbers, I created a Call Distribution Element (CDE) for each DID. I set all Switch Positions in the CDE's to ring the User extension. This produced the same result. Going to confirm if the users have recorded there mailbox username and greetings. In an SX200, if a caller calls an extension and the mailbox name and greeting have not been recorded, callers will hear the system greeting.

Any assistance in figuring out why calls are not ringing to the user voice mailbox instead of the Auto Attendant greeting would be appreciated.

Thank you

First thing would be to see what digits the system is seeing on an incoming call.

If you go to add a DID there is a button on the top of the form called "Check format of incoming calls", click this and then click "Show call details".

See what is there as your destination number as it sounds like probably not matching you DID. If there is no match it will default to the CDE of the SIP Trunk.

Sarond,

Thank you for replying! You were spot on! The destination number is the main telephone number and not the DID. I have notified the carrier that only the MTN is being sent and not the DIDs. I will follow up with the results.

The provider is telling me everything is find on their end. They say they can see calls to this DID. Not sure how

Can you get a wireshark trace of the call?

You could also telnet to the system on port 1818, from there you can run a rolling trace on SIP.

Yep, I got the rolling trace and get the same result. The provider logged into their CPE and are telling me they are sending the correct digits
