We have a new 250 (6.3) installation where the SIP Trunks are provided onto a separate router which is not the gateway/router on the customers network. I'm sure we have had this before and somewhere on the 250 you configure this address so that it can route SIP calls this way.

For Example the system is 10.15.62.1 with a gateway of 10.15.62.254

The SIP router is on 10.15.62.200.

I've looked everywhere through the system and searched the internet to no avail, probably a very easy answer that I'm overlooking !

If someone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

I have always got round this by setting a static route on the default gateway which points
traffic bound for SIP Providers IP to the SIP Router.
