MiVoice 250 hands free answer question for the phones

8528 and 8568 phones

Just looking to be able to come out over the speakerphone on a direct extension call and have them be able to talk back.
Simple, right? Don't know how to do it.
Contacted Mitel tech support and they said you can't. I do not believe that and I was wondering if someone had an answer for this.
