I have a bit of a problem with call forwarding of multi lines.
I have just installed a MiVoice 250 at a doctors surgery where at 6pm until 6.30pm there calls are forwarded to a Local Care Direct helpline, i use the STAR to divert the the calls to a phantom extn that has a divert to this number the problem arises when they have multiple calls the 2nd and subsequent calls just say that the extn is busy. The question is can you think of another way to route more than one call they used to have a Panasonic tvm VM that routed calls through the custom service.
Anyone any ideas. They are using SIP lines
