I have a system in a health dept where all incoming calls ring to a group in an extension list. The customer pages across the sets only.
They have a steady amount of incoming calls and when the phones are ringing, no pages can be heard on the ringing sets and since all the ringing sets are in the same area, all those folks are missing several pages that they may need to hear.
Is there a way to force the pages to dominate the set speakers over the ring tones?
Since pages are only a few seconds, no calls would be missed.
