customer has a historiCAL mivcr ( FOR REPLAY OR PAST RECORDINGS ONLY)
they recently asked us to set it to start purging old calls ( older than 5 years)
when we set that to stage based on 5 years and then delete , it left behind a few recordings
ther was nothing we could see that indicated why they were left behind
server hasnt had swas for a few years so cant really raise as a mitel ticket
does anyone know what log file would show information related to staging / deletion
