MiVB - SMB Controller CLID on FXO

I am supporting a regional partner who have a few CO lines. Some lines support DTMF caller ID and others FSK caller ID.
The CLID does not work when the CO lines are connected to the MiVB's SMBC FXO port directly. However, the CLID works if they use a DTMF <=> FSK converter. And we've tried conversion both ways. These same lines work when connected to the Mx-ONE or a Mitel 470.

I have a CO line in my lab which uses FSK and my caller ID works fine connected directly to the MiVB on SMB Controller. (I'm in a different country from the partner)
We implemented mostly the same settings, if not exactly the same. We've also tested two country settings, NA and UK but no luck....

Mitel also advised to do a loopback test to check if the configuration is correct. The CLID works when we connect the FXS to the FXO port and simulate the call.

So here I am asking, is there anyone with the MiVB on SMB Controller who still uses an analogue trunk with working caller ID? I would like to gather and compare CO trunk configurations that work to hopefully get my partner's Caller ID working.

I actually can't find any available for sale. It just so happened our partner has one.

I am also looking for some for my team and tried to reach out to the manufacturer (check Alibaba) but have not got any response back.

I see some in ebay but they are also no longer available.
