MiVB Console - BLF Directory Sorting

Good afternoon. I am wondering if it possible to change the way the BLF directories sort. We would like to first of all show first name first, then last name, but I cannot find an option for that, and secondly, would like to sort by first name (without manually sorting). Does anyone know if this is possible?
