MiVB 9 - DSS/BLF Keys - easy way to manage alot of them?

Hi,

Anyone have an easy way to manage the maintenance and repositioning of DSS/BLF keys on an MiVB 9 (6900 series sets)?
I've been exporting to Excel, changing then importing. It works pretty good but I find it a bit awkward depending on what type of changes are being done to alot of phones.
We have a client that is insistent on using DSS/BLF keys for presence.

If there is an easier way, I don't know it.

FYI, try to keep your imports under 5000 lines if you want to avoid timeouts.
