Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible when using a PRI and using the DID Service form to somehow limit the amount of incoming calls per DID?
Is it based on the destination of the DID's tenant trunk group? Ex. If DID (555)111-2222 was pointing to x1000 and x1000 was part of tenant 2, and tenant 2 had access to trunk group 2, would that DID only have access to the amount of trunks in group 2?

What I am looking for is to call limit some tenants so they don't use up all the channels on a shared PRI.
I did check the Tenanting Description in the help file and it is detailed but it only briefly mentions PRI Min/Max but not where you go and set it up.

Just wanted to reach out and see if anyone had this situation before.

Min/Max limits were abandoned by Mitel with the NSU's

There isn't a replacement

With SIP you have options but even those are overly complicated.

Technically, you could limit outgoing calls by splitting the PRI channels in different trunk groups but not incoming calls. So nothing like true Min/Max settings.
OP might be able to deal something with their telco, maybe. With a PRI provided over SIP, I managed to get a telco to do Min/Max per DID for us before.
YMMV depending on telco.
