MiVB 8.0 call log delay

The customer told me today that it takes several hours for their call logs to show up on their sets. Where in the system would I go to check this?

are you referring to call history ?
what are the handset types 69xx or 53xx ?
what is the exact software version ?

There have been a few call history related issues but none that i remember exactly like this ( delay)

This one is close if they were 69 series
Call History stops working when prime extension is renumbered.
Symptoms :When the prime extension has been renumbered, the call history stops logging calls on 69xx series IP phone
Environment :MIVB 8.0 69xx series call history
Resolution Workaround = Reboot MiVB or Issue lldcli callhistory rebuild queues using a telnet session to the ip address of the controller.

I will have to look back in the system to see the precise release, but they are 53XX handsets and yes, it is call history they are referring to. The system has been in play almost three years and this the first complaint I have heard about the call history. Back in early January I replaced a raid hard drive and at 4am and obviously did a reboot at the time. That was the only system event that has happened in a couple of years. That was also the first reboot in a couple of years, since the system belongs to a county government and is in play 24/7.
