Miva Merchnat4.13 on cobalt raq2..SLOW!!! PLEASE HELP

Anyone have any tips on what to look for to speed up my Miva Merchant store?? I am running 4.13 on a Cobalt RaQ2 - Linux....we host our own server and I can't figure out why it is so slow.....regular html pages fly

Just upgraded memory to 256MBs
Plenty of Drive Space
Processor: 64 superscalar RISC microprocessor
