miva 4.12 question how to setup buy 3 products, save $1

We are running miva 4.12

we sell different products. Shirts sell $7 each. If a user buys 3 shirts the cost will be $20, savings of $1.

Hats cost $20. If users buy 3 it will cost $58. Savings of $2.00

I am not sure how to handle this as far as the miva cart goes. Is there something already built in miva that I can set a preference or option or do i need to buy a module?

As you can see i need ways to group products into special prices. This is not a requirement but is there a way to also display the price saying you saved $2.00
