I have a Mitel5000 rel. 5 and the IC directory shows the extension names twice.
I have programmed the "name" field for a phone with the person's first name and the "description" field with LastName, FirstName so the voicemail directory will work.
However, the IC directory shows one entry with LastName, FirstName and another entry with FirstName LastName.
Has anyone come across this issue and is there a way to "clean up" the IC directory ?
