Mitel YA Mixml Sync issue

i had an issue that tech support couldn't even figure out so its on the back burner for about 6 months waiting for design geesh..

cant get the mitel to sync with the 3300 using the mixml sync i have tried everything i can. and even with support

There is a new 4.1 build with a fix to mixml sync. 4.1.0.101.
