Mitel UCA SIP Softphone on iOS - ringing is quite and no vibrate either

I have installed the latest UCA 5.1 SP1 and when receiving a call on the SIP softphone on iPhone 5, the ringing volume is still fairly quite. Infact, you can't seem to adjust the ringing volume up or down and there is no vibrate either?!

Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this, as I know the customer I am about to deploy this to certainly will!!
