I have a customer running UCA 4.1 on MAS 3.0 UR1, with UCA Deskphone and smartphone, all is working fine. They have asked if the call history logs which are available for each client via the application, could be made available centrally for a system administrator. At present I have found that the history logs are located within the uc.mdb file within each users AppData directory, but I cannot find them centrally on the server. I understand that the client application is accessing data from the uc.mdb file, but where is the UCA web portal accessing them from...I'm guessing it must be the server.
I have said that this would usually be the job of a separate call logger, but they said a simple text/csv (or even a central .mdb) would be fine for their needs. They can write a user script to copy, rename and send the users uc.mdb to a central location, but it would take someone a few hours to sort through and collate this each month.
Any help given would be much appreciated.
