Mitel UCA 4.0 chat

Hi all, does anyone know where you can change the default chat window size? We have clients that would have upwards of 6 chats going simultaneously in version 3.2 but after upgrading to version 4.0 they cannot re-size them to the sizes they could with 3.2.

Also in 3.2 chat, the chat participants had coloured names within the chat window whereas 4.0 all chat text is black making post reading tricky. Any ideas???
