Mitel Trading Turret

Obviously not a real busy forum here but I just wanted to mention the Mitel solution as supported by Wesley Clover Solutions.
Their IP turret has proven to be a solution has shown itself to be a solid performer including resiliency.

In an earlier thread it was mentioned that they did not have a robust Speaker solution. That is not the case.
They have a speaker platform called "Virtual Trader Application Platform" or VTAP for short. The basis speaker is an 8 line unit matrixed with virtually unlimited lines. IP based, it can be resilient to DR sites.

This would be in the challenger category when compared to IPC or BT but certainly worth taking a look at.

One of the things I forgot to mention, since it's Mitel based, the same platform that manages the turrets can be the same one that runs the office phones.
Certified QSIG and SIP compliant with Avaya, it can also be used as an add on solution in Avaya environments as well as Cisco Call Manager.
