Hello,
We have to be equipped with a Mitel solution.
We have fixed positions that are coupled with mobile numbers.
On one of these coupling fixed phone rings, the mobile, which should sound almost the same time, pressure is routed What a time and lasts only 2 rings.

Do you know if this is related to the mobile operator?
How else lengthen the ring time on the landline?

In advance, thank you.

What system are you talking about? Where does the call end up after ringing the mobile twice?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

A user calls a number on the outside of the office.
The landline phone is paired with a mobile number (2 should ring simultaneously) or for that user, the fixed phone rings 5 times and 2 times his mobile phone. he has no time to pick up and the line is returned.

Do I make myself clear?

French User, Newbie ... Thanks for your help

Yes we understand the problem. The ringing timer is controlled by the class of service of the desk phone (most likely)

We do need to know the type of system you have and what method/application you are using to twin the phones

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

Ok, fixed phones are MITEL 5330e.
The second phone is a mobile number (models and multiple operators)

In the class of service, is that this line is to change?
ACD Agent No Answer Timer 15

Moreover, when the call is not answered, it is rerouted to the standard.

In advance thank you.

A Mitel 3300 or a 5000 controller please. Both can do what you describe but are programmed differently.

hi

We have a 3300 CX II controller.

French User, Newbie ... Thanks for your help

Call Forward no answer timer of the 5330's class of service.
Increasing the timer will allow for the call to ring longer at both devices before rerouting (ie to voicemail).

Ok nice answer.

Thanks a lot.[2thumbsup]
