I have been searching and hope I might find some help here. I have been getting asked to assist with the swap of phone system from Mitel SX50. To expedite the process I am being asked if there is a way to pull the line programming for each Mitel card slot in order to map to the new system without having to hunt each room at a hotel. I hope this makes sense anyway.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about, hope you can point me toward the right information.

Thank you,
Jason

Use the Data Dump Feature from the console. This will tell you which line / trunk is connected to which port. This will print to the printer port at which you need a serial printer or serial connection to a pc / laptop. Press Function, dial 97. Requires you to know a four digit access code. I believe what it wants is the System Security Code. Default is 7772. Else, you can read the database at the console.
