mitel sx50 pickup group 1

hey, was wondering if any one could help with this one, i used to work on the sx50 quite a bit not for some years, and have a problem on one site. they are running 35 uk 12 05 10 software which i believe is level 4.

They are trying to do pick up from an slt ext 201 when calls are ringing on the main attendant console. have checked the programming and ext 201 appears in cmd 301 reg 2 as follows: 02 0 2 0 1 201 i know 2 is the COS and 1 is the pickup group, but cannot for the life of me see where the attendant console pick up group setting is in the programming tables, i've tried directed call pick up (60...0) but no joy even tried to be clever and change the cos and pick up group for 201 for each possible cos and pick up group but still not working. can anyone help?

if you want to pickup the console.you will use TAFAS. make sure it is enabled in cmd 100 and extensions COS. then check the feature access code for TAFAS.

hey just checked through the manual and all i can find is:

cmd 121 reg 3 bit g needs to be set to 2

cmd 110 09 default value for TAFAS is 57

can you be more specific with the command 100.... ie what reg and bit..
